About Us

UC Dancers is the University of Chicago's oldest dance group. We work to explore movement as a form of expression, to encourage student choreography and performance, and to expand and strengthen the university's dance community. Throughout the year, we sponsor low-priced (and sometimes free) classes and workshops, and feature our choreography in formal and informal concerts. Dancers of all levels, backgrounds, shapes, sizes, and ages are welcome.
